Recipe of the Week: Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps

Summer is around the corner but that doesn’t mean I’m going to skip a good ol’ Taco Tuesday! My girl Gina served these delicious Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps in lieu of the traditional taco and I was hooked! I didn’t feel half as guilty when I started chowing down on a third lettuce taco because… lettuce. I felt I was making some healthy choices while still eating one of my favorite meals.

Subbing lettuce for taco shells is one of my favorite things to do so I can still have my Taco Tuesdays without all the carbs! It’s just so easy and still so tasty!
