The end of the year is usually accompanied by nostalgia, excitement and bold statements like New Year, New Me. It’s a saying we commonly hear on the first day of the year and the caption we see on social media posts from celebrations the night prior. But, have you added any thought to how you’ll make this year YOUR year?
You may have promised yourself healthier habits, better organization or something of that sort and it seems easily achievable the morning of January 2nd, but as the month goes on it becomes easy to get back to your routine. Because let’s face it, old habits die hard.
